If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Chalkboard Chic Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Chalkboard Chic Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Returns will be issued as store vouchers ONLY.
* You must email us with your intent to return items within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns for in stock items must include: Original clear bag with and original tags. All other returns must include original packaging and tags. Failure to include packaging will result in a 25% restocking fee. megan@cbchic.com
* Failure to email us prior to your sending a return may result in NO store voucher.
* Returns must be received within 14 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a store voucher.
* Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
* Returns for “In stock” items MUST include All returns must include original packaging and tags, or be subject to the 25% restocking fee.
* Items that cannot be returned include the following: all skincare and cosmetics jewelry, hair accessories, shoes, handbags, bralettes, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, scarves, sunglasses, and leggings.
* If you fail to preauthorize a return and send one of these items; we will contact you to offer you the chance to have the item returned to you; or the item will be disposed of. In either case NO voucher will be given and customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
* Sale/Clearance items are Final Sale, no returns.
* Mystery bags/mystery gifts, sale/Clearance items are Final Sale, no returns.
